Just picked this little white porcelain insulator in a collection. I am not familiar with the VEKA marking. Any information would be appreciated. The U number is also unknown to me. Size as shown. It is cemented to a metal rod with threads at the base. The rod is 9 1/4" long. Oh, the VEKA marking is embossed on top of both 'ears'. Thanks in advance for any info. I am assuming this is a European piece.
