Cheap Jeep?

No, it's just parked at the end of the "Just Five Dollars" store parking lot. On the road between Hayesville NC and Hiawassee GA. The "$5" store is kinda like a small version of "Building 19" for those in the Northeast. Just as the sign says, everything in the store is "just five dollars".

The van serves as the store's street-side sign. The Jeep is for sale, for $3300, it's a retired post office model, with the steering wheel on the right side, and only one seat - the left side has a metal shelf to hold the mail, and the back is just an empty space, to hold even more mail and packages. These are built like tanks, and are geared for rural road mail delivery, they can barely exceed 45 MPH.

Note that there are at least two insulators visible in the photo!
