Here is picture # 3 with a top view shot, This old soldier was originally acquired from an 85 year old retired Pacific power & Light lineman's collection this year. Very scarce and sought after piece for the VICTOR collector. To the best of his recollection this was removed from service in the Portland, Oregon area in the early 1960's and three gray examples were recovered from a single pole upgrade and only one was marked VICTOR.
