This listing is for a Brookfield New York Glass Insulator. It has a smooth base. One side Brookfield the other side New York. It is blue in color, I have no idea what color of blue. There are lines running thru the inside (see photo). It makes a nice addition to one's collection and displays nicely. I know nothing about insulators so if you have a question please ask and I will do my best to find out.
