Here is a LAPP mini suspension, 5-inch across the porcelain, 3-1/4" tall, small ball 5/8" & socket. Dark grey porcelain, marked LAPP U, you can see tracking marks starting from the metal cap and working their way down the porcelain shell. The metal cap and ball appear to be stainless steel. Not sure why LAPP made this unit, I have never seen one of these before, and I have seen thousands of suspensions in my days. I'm thinking that it might have been a salesman sample. Any ideas? Will post a few more pictures of this one!
