The trolley makes it's way from the storage barn at the west end of the track to the first stop to pick up passengers. The "tag-along" generator car is at the head end eastbound. It is a standard 480 volt diesel powered AC generator with a converter to provide the 600 volts DC to power the car motors, works very well and is remarkably quiet.
