I have an Aqua 1998 NIA National Commemorative. I am looking to trade it for a Cobalt Blue Carnival 1992 NIA National Commemorative. 1992 was the year I was born. I find it interesting that the national was held in Orlando both the year I was born, and the year I started collecting. (2007?) Book value for both pieces is $20-30, so I would like to do an even trade, but if it is completely necessary, I will throw in other insulators to sweeten the deal.
