CD 257 Front Skirt Embossing Error

Here is a picture of a CD 257 I'm trying to identify - as you can see the word "HEMINGRAY" is clearly blotted out with "No. 60-A" underneath of it. You can see evidence of the "H" but the rest of the word is blotted.

Anyone seen one of these?
