I acquired this recently and can't figure out exactly what it is and how it was used. It was cemented together with something else, like a multi-part, both top and bottom (See next two pictures) Any help or input will be appreciated. Entire unit is 12 1/4 inches tall X 6 inches across the top (?) X 7 1/4 inches across the bottom (?) THANX

Appears that this was used as an insulated support for a piece of electrical equiptment or buss bar. Thanx elton and David
