This is not a good picture. Mike Miller had named a particular toll color "Eaton Blue" as it was unique to a line which ran from Eaton Colorado to ???? Waiting on more info from Mike, who doesn't do electric como, only snail mail or telephone. First one was what I thought may be Eaton Blue, however, Mike's comment "It's a little strong". The other two are Miller and Justice certified as being picked from the Eaton line and Eaton Blue. They were exposed to mold bounce, as one has crown ghost emboss "16", and the other ",CO " Mike seems to remember he picked them both. When I know more, will chime in. I'm not real sure I even have the right ones in the picture, may have to do a make over.
