Canadian B's

I don't know what you expected to see, but these are the honey B's now found in some rural areas of Canada. Genetic testing has shown these are the Mexican Killer B's crossed pollinated with the Canadian Cottage Country Mosquito. Virtually indestructable as this picture shows. Even after death their exoskeleton remains intact for months and is put to good use by this house wren as a suitable birdhouse. Inset shows one of the swarms that infest my backyard in the summer.
