This is a common porcelain tramp that I almost overlooked if it weren't for the marking. The piece is common looking enough but the marking just baffles me. It appears to be a European marking from either Bulgaria, Greece (KWH), or Iceland consisting of either two or three inverted, stacked triangles above an "F."
