This was my "show and tell" item at the MVIC St. Joe, MO show this past weekend! Who really looks at Hemingray 42's anymore? Well, I did and this is what I found in a box of insulators I bet I picked in the 1970's off of the old Frisco line in Kansas City. It has a flattened top, a bigger top lip to the wire groove, and a narrow wire groove compared to a classic 42, shown for contrast. I showed it around, and Robert Baumann wins the prize for figuring this one out. It's from a no drip point mold for a 42, but without the "1" on the dome, and it obviously has drips!
