Not all of the Milwaukee Road was electric powered, only about 700 miles of it in Montana and Washington. Here is a postcard of a highly streamlined Milwaukee Road steam locomotive. This was probably used to pull the Olympian Hiawatha over the vast non-electric part of the Milwaukee Road.
