After ridding their roster of the last SW1500s at the end of 2009, TRRA has replaced them with a handful of rebuilt GP38-3s. Two of them have been painted in TRRA's new paint scheme. Today, we happened upon the pair being placed along the East Saint Louis riverfront for a company photo shoot. This is the fourth of six shots I took from an observation deck at a newly built park and other nearby vantage points.
