This insulator was found on the 66KV Rainbow Line in Connecticut that fed the Stanley Tool Works. The line ran from the Farmington River Power House on the Farmington River in Windsor to the factory in New Britain. These big guys measures about 12-1/2 inches high and 14-1/2 inches across the top. Emboseed Lock within graphics of a multipart insulator. See the next picture. Along with these there were CD 245 THE 9200 glass insulators used for signal conductors.
