Here's another one of my creations, built in a 3D software application.. It's hard to identify at this odd angle, but it's a CD 262 Baby Columbia. I kept rotating the insulator and this view best captured what fascinates me most about glass insulators.. The depth of glass and it's reflections and refractions. The technical term used in the 3D world is "caustics" I believe.. I'm no expert at this program and believe me, it makes my brain hurt. LOL.
