Here is a trio of Southern Railroad FP-7 units at Emory Gap, TN. Date is October 18, 1981. Units #6147, 6143, & 6138 are on hand for Tennessee Valley Rail Museum's - Autumn Leaf Special. For the first leg of the special, SOUTHERN #2716 (ex-C&O) KANAWAH 2-8-4 brings the train from Chattanooga, TN to Emory Gap. The F- units took the train from Emory Gap to Crossville and back, while the 2-8-4 was prepared for the return trip to Chattanooga..
