Bob Stahr confirms that this is a picture of the Hemingray factory (building with the smokestacks). Bob was able to contact the artist - Robert Dafford - during his painting of this floodwall mural. Bob supplied copies of photos containing the Hemingray factory. The artist graciously added the factory into the mural at Bob's request!
