I just got around to watching the episode that I videotaped November 19. About 33 minutes into the show there is a scene where Agent Minelli is seated at his desk and you can clearly see an insulator on the desk. It looks like a CD 164 to me. This is episode 8, season 2 titled "His Red Right Hand".
