This has a backwards 2 on the Dome, with one Skirt embossing being extreamly weak, but I can just make out; FM LOCKE VICTOR NY along with not exactly being able to read it, "but being able to just feel" a much shorter embossing beneath it, more than likely the date and No 15 with a line under the "o" on the other skirt side, thus matching a 287 but in my 2003 McDougalds Price Guide Book's scale drawing shows the 287.1 to be 3 5/8" tall, which as you can see in the photo is a match, as so does the 2 inner skirts being flush with the outer skirt, while the 287 shows to be 4" tall with an off set of both of the 2 inner skirts, which is not a match. The color as seen in the photos, are an exact match to the insulator.
