This one was added at Springfield Mid Ohio 2009. Bought it the first day, thank you Dwayne A. Had to make-shift a prop on site. The "Wide Base Style" is embossed Front: PATENTED Back: AUG.26.1851 {the 1851 is italicized}. Size of glass is 2 1/4" wide at base and about 2 1/16" tall. The pin is missing between the double point top.
