I recently acquired the pennycuick on the right and before I got it I had never seen such a tall CD 134 in this style. The piece on the left is what I would consider "regular" sized and is the more common variant. Now I would like to pose a question to pennycuick specialists: Do you have any insights as to why there are the taller versions? Any idea as to manufacturer or geographic area used? I would say these are scarcer than their stockier cousins but don't know for sure. If it helps, I know some of the taller ones recently sold on eBay from a seller either in New Jersey or Michigan but I don't remember. Thanks for any insights you can provide and thank you for looking. |
