Also known as a "chicken mushroom", "chicken of the woods" or a "sulphur shelf", Found in Mason, NH, a couple of days after the Golden Pond insulator swapmeet.

This one was almost two feet across, and very heavy.

Very tasty, when properly cooked, it has the texture and flavor similar to that of chicken breast.
