This old line runs between two substations on the TPUD (Tillamook Peoples Utility District) south-east of Tillamook, on the Oregon coast. This part of the line was built many years ago. The top circuit is Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) at 115kV and the underbuild is TPUD 25kV 3 phase. All of the insulators on this part of the line are suspension type! If you go to View Original, you can see there is some odd 'spacer links' between the 6 inch suspension bells. I am not sure what they are.
