This pole is just down the road from my house. Another collector emailed me telling me that this is an odd way to use the glass post insulator bells. Looks to me like they dead ended the wire with the bells and jumped the cable overtop the arm with a pintype cabletop and to the other wire on the other side. I don't know the layman's terms for line running and construction, so please bear with me:-)
