While I was standing on the top of the abandoned bridge, I said to my friend "wouldn't it be great if we could get a picture of one of the trains passing on the rail line across the river" Almost as if I was "heard", we heard the distant thunder of a approaching freight train and waited until it arrived. Here are several shots of the CSX locomotive and some of the freight cars. The first is just as the locomotive came out from behind the mountain!!
