Visible from I-8 is the line from Yuma to Gila Bend which sees trains pass every few minutes. In the full size picture I counted around 80 cars before they became too small to see. Allowing for the back of the train getting smaller in the distance it's fair to assume the total is around 100.

There are two sets of poles along the track, one is neatly wired so it may still be in use. The other pole line is very scruffy which suggests it's been out of use for some time.
