Here is a contact rail insulator (third rail) that was made by Victor in the late 1990's. These units were sold unassembled to a company who put metal fittings on each end to suit the individual application of these insulators. It is my assumption, that these were mostly used on subway third rail services. Dimensions are 6" wide X 2 5/8" tall.
