I found these on a pole leading to an old farmhouse site. The house was long gone, and the land was now part of a federal greenspace. I managed to salvage the top of the pole with both insulators in situ, and one had about 20 feet of iron wire still attached. In the photo you can see the triple tie wire. The side-mount pins were twisted with the bracing all bent to crap. I managed to straighten them out and restore the poletop to it's former state. |
