This insulator has been referred to before by other ICON members. I have had it quite some time and had lots of conversation about it. I have been told by some VERY experienced collectors that this particular piece is VERY unusual and worth a considerable amount because one SELDOM sees anything like this in a late HEMI piece. I would welcome any comments whatsoever on it. Look at second picture also.

The neat thing about it to me is the string loops from the wire groove down and up both the skirt and petticoat twice while all the time moving right to left covering about 1/4 of the piece,
