On the Left - CD 143 in aqua, has horizontal dashes on one skirt and nothing on the other

On the Right - CD 143 in aqua, has horizontal dashes on one skirt and a blot out on the other.

Both are unlisted in the newest price guide and were hand picked by me off of CPR lines, one in Western Canada and one in Eastern Canada. I believe the blotout on the one on the right is a blot out of "C.P.R".
