My wife (who is finally warming-up to my colorful glass insulator collection) brought this home from her place of work. One gallon mixed 1 to 2 with water works extremely well and this stuff is safe to the handler's skin (as advertised, but I washed in SHORT order and still have finger flesh). I've used my solution for over a month and it still is working great! It removes EVERYTHING and leaves no residue. Even the worst carbon etch staining wipes off with no ill effect on the glass! Average bath time is 30-minutes or less!
