This big Conrail Quality logo still adorns a Norfolk Southern engine which was parked at Mitchell, IL on 10-8-2008. There are still a good number of engines painted in the Conrail scheme. Conrail was split between CSX and NS on 6-1-1999. Infrequently, though still possible, one can catch an NS or CSX train with a full set of Conrail blue power.
