This rather unique bi-level structure, might be altogether disappearing, or Mountain View Electric, might just chop the portion above their lines. A Guard Arm would be a good idea here... But there wasn't one in the past. The multis seen are Lapps, most likely ones dated 1926 to about 1930, owing to the strong red -mohogoney color.
