The subject of purchase return policies has been discussed on Icon. As a beginning collector in 1998, I purchased from Ted Ingram - experienced collector, an insulator that I was not happy with. His return policy included all postage costs. Since I did not know if my opinion of the colour was wrong, I elected not to accept his check for the cost of return postage.
