The CD 161 California on the left is a sage green with dark green swirls. These are not amber swirls, but definitively dark green swirls. It's very unusual to see swirling of this degree in Californias. The CD 134 American on the right contains a heavy concentration of olive amber. Many metal particles can be seen throughout. The metal contamination caused the amber swirling and streaking as it dissolved into the molten glass. [id=213300337] |
