This lovely LRI is embossed near the shoulder of the dome: Patent/ Pending. This refers to Darius Stebbins' LRI patent found here:

This bright 7-UP green color is quite unusual for this style of LRI. See this photo for a much darker green Stebbins LRI: [id=207429258] Some of the Stebbins LRIs were found in New England. About 1 3/4" tall, and 2" across the base. Purchased in 1999 from Gene Condon's LRI collection.
