This Illinois Central loco is located along the Miss River in Baton Rouge. It is in sad shape. lots a places it is corroded through. Hopefully someone or a group will fund a resto project. It's located by a National Historic register spot, along with a convention center and the USS KIDD ship. It's embarrasing to see it in such neglect.
