This 'Micro-Spratt' is similar in design to this Spratt that I posted earlier [id=207329588] This one is in a similar pale green color. It has a cloud of white gunk in the area around the through hole. It has a couple pieces of rock or brick in it too. This little one stands about 1 9/16" tall. I think this was purchased out of New England in about 1983.
