Well, not exactly, but it appears to be doing so. This shot of CBRCS 09 was taken after sunset. I set the F-stop way up and lowered the shutter speed for the illusion of something zooming by fast. With little light left, I couldn't take a traditional stop action picture. This is at Fountain, IL, a "town" pretty much consisting of a couple houses and the token Illinois tavern. Every town has to have at least one, even if there is only one house in the town otherwise. 12/16/2007.
