This Tillamook P.U.D. power pole, located at the top of "Goat Hill" behind my house in Garibaldi, OR., is now a "leaner"! This strong wind, couple with rain soaked ground can easily blow a power pole over, even if it is 6 feet in the ground! To see this same pole before the big 12/3/07 Oregon Coast storm, [id=194384833]
