I recently joined ICON because I work at a museum of technology and became fascinated with insulators. Admittedly, I don't know much about them which is why I am posting this. Does anyone know if these are actually insulators? I believe they are but can find no evidence on the internet. "V.H. & T.B. N.Y." is raised on the glass.
