CD 133 [230] W. BROOKFIELD / 55 FULTON ST. N.Y. with CAUVET PAT JULY 25, 1865 on the back. Large shop number 6. Nice strong embossing on both sides. There are some nice milky swirls in the glass too. This one looks like it might have been in a stream bed for a short time. It has no chips or cracks just some light tumbling marks and slight blemishes typical of being rolled around for a bit. Nothing that I would consider distracting at all. I think it is perfectly within character of a piece that is likely over 130 years old. Good chunky heavy piece of glass and @ $15.00 plus actual shipping, there isn't much you can buy this old with that much embossing. If this one didn't nearly duplicate one I already have, I would definitely keep it. First email.
