This is the Upper Half of a 2-piece British Battery Rest insulator. For more details [id=184986883]. Old example not seen very often. Even has a pinky nail sized piece of a fire brick in it. Measures 2 3/4" wide by 1 1/16" tall. The color in this photo is accurate (light Green Aqua). The small pontil is on the base and not seen in the photos.
