Hope this isn't too grainy. This pole stood right at a private rail crossing, so I shot from a distance and zoomed in later. The AT&SF pole line between Wallis and Rosenberg has two widely spaced arms, but previously had three arms (perhaps more). By the time this pole needed a repair, there were only twelve active lines left. As you can see, the two wires remaining after the crossarm was filled were strung underneath.
