CD 133 [230] Brookfield. Embossed W. BROOKFIELD 3 55 FULTON ST. N.Y. on the front and CAUVET'S PAT. JULY 25, 1865 on the back. Embossed very strongly on both sides with a little milky swish on the back through the patent date. This likely dates from the late 1860s - early 1870s making it a nice affordable early threaded piece in a time when threadless were still being made. These are among my favorite early threaded pieces. I am looking for one with a mold number 8. Perfect base with no chips but does have some slight scuffs and a few pin head to match head ticks. Really a very nice piece. Priced @ $16.66 shipped to your door. I am also offering up another one at this time. If you take the pair, the price is $26.66 shipped to your door. A great deal. First email. Additional discounts offered on multiple purchases.
