A friend of mine currently stationed in Iraq sent me several insulators he found near his forward operating base. This is an 11 inch triple skirt, embossed CTS 120-2P FIES 1987 RSR 5 between the skirts. The cap has 507 / (Symbol) / IPT 6 / C120-18 and NI-86 on the opposite side.
