This is another insulator used in the Fisher third rail system. It has the full embossing of the standard pin-type CD 263 Fisher but is obviously not a pin-type! The electrical rail was suspended from the insulator. These insulators were only found around this area (I'll get more details from the hand-out). UPDATE: This has been assigned CD 1190 under "Non Pintype Miscellaneous Glass"
