Here is a close up of the wooden strain insulator mentioned in the previous photo display. The climate around Pasco is dry and semi-arid, but they would have never gotten away with one of these in the wet, western part of the state, it would have rotted away! OK, I apologize, this is not a porcelain insulator, but I promised to show it!
